In the event of proven damage to your home, contact us within 48 hours following the cleaning during which the damage occurred. Please send pictures to client@batmaid.be so that we can review the situation with the cleaning agent. If the damage is proven, Batmaid Belgium Ltd will get in touch with its civil liability insurance, which will take care of it. Please note that without any picture or communication within 48 hours, Batmaid Belgium Ltd declines all responsibility for the damage that has occurred.
