What are the cancellation conditions?
In order for Batmaid to be well-organised and manage the logistics of hundreds of cleanings per day, we apply the following cancellation policy:
- Up to two days before the cleaning: relax, you can always cancel your booking free of charge directly from your Batmaid account;
- One day before the cleaning (until 6:00 pm): you will be charged for one hour of cleaning at the real value of a voucher, equal to the highest exchange value at Sodexo at that time;
- After that, you will be charged for the entire cleaning at the real value of a voucher, equal to the highest exchange value at Sodexo at that time.
The amount charged in case of late cancellation will be automatically credited from the registered credit card. In the absence of a credit card, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
