Your credit card will only be used in case of late cancellation (see Policies > What are the cancellation conditions?). The cleaning service is paid through the SODEXO service voucher system. The service can only be paid with electronic service vouchers. The vouchers have to be purchased from Sodexo, the issuing company that manages the vouchers on behalf of the government. The Agent registers their services on the day of the service through the Sodexo system. Shortly after, you will receive an email stating the number of service vouchers requested and asking for your confirmation to debit the vouchers from your account.
